Dalmatic A/S take over VIRSENSORS
In February 2007 Dalmatic A/S took over VIRSENSORS.
Mutual interest between DALMATIC and VIRSENSORS lead to constructive discussions between DALMATIC A/S ceo Hans Hilmer Dall and VIRSENSORS ApS ceo Stig Hoejberg-Jensen with the result of an agreement, that DALMATIC A/S took over VIRSENSORS activity within sensor technology including all related rights of from the 1. February 2007.From the 1. april VIRSENSORS will move to DALMATIC´s premises in Lystrup, Aarhus.
Dalmatic is an international company located in Aarhus, Denmark with business focus in specialized electronic units for the Door Industry.
The company has specialized in Electronic Control Units, Electronic Units with inverter, Eddy Current Brakes and Loop Detectors since 1966. From "Deadman" Control Units to advanced Control Units with microprocessors. Further Dalmatic produce OEM products from small to large assignments.
